As the season changes, your skin needs extra support. Here are a few ways to keep your skin looking its best:

• Swap lighter summer moisturizers for richer hydration to protect your barrier

• Stay consistent with SPF because cooler weather does not mean UV rays are less damaging

• Add a nourishing night treatment or serum to help your skin repair while you sleep

• Stay hydrated with water every day. The daily recommendation is at least 1.5 liters. Keep in mind that even if you feel you are drinking a lot, a high amount of carbs or dry foods can pull water from your system and absorbing your water intake
