Payment Plans

1. Click the “Buy” button to purchase your payment plan.

2. Ignore the large number displayed at the top of the payment page.

3. Adjust the quantity of each service using the drop-down arrow. For any services you don’t want, set the quantity to zero to remove them from your invoice.

4. Choose your payment method and complete your purchase.

5. After checkout, call or text (909) 681-1221 to schedule your appointment. Please mention that you pre-purchased your service.
